國慶節(jié)放假通知 英文

　　根據(jù)國務院辦公廳通知精神，現(xiàn)將2013年國慶節(jié)放假安排通知如下：

　　According to the general office of the State Council to inform the spirit, the 2013 National Day holiday arrangements are as follows:

　　國慶節(jié)：10月1日至7日放假調(diào)休，共7天。9月29日(星期日)、10月12日(星期六)上班。

　　National Day: October 1st to 7 holiday days off, a total of 7 days. September 29th (Sunday), on October 12th (Saturday).

　　節(jié)假日期間，各單位要妥善安排好值班和安全、保衛(wèi)等工作，遇有重大突發(fā)事件發(fā)生，要按規(guī)定及時報告并妥善處置，確保人民群眾祥和平安度過節(jié)日假期。

　　During the holidays, each unit should make proper arrangements on duty and security work, in case of major events occurred, according to the report provides timely and proper disposal, to ensure that the people's peaceful through holiday.

　　“國慶”一詞，本指國家喜慶之事，最早見于西晉。西晉的文學家陸機在《五等諸侯論》一文中就曾有“國慶獨饗其利，主憂莫與其害”的記載、我國封建時代、國家喜慶的大事，莫大過于帝王的登基、誕辰(清朝稱皇帝的生日為萬歲節(jié))等。因而我國古代把皇帝即位、誕辰稱為“國慶”。今天稱國家建立的紀念日為國慶。在我國，國慶節(jié)特指中華人民共和國正式宣告成立的10 月1日。
