新型移動(dòng)床生物膜反應(yīng)器深度處理模擬養(yǎng)豬廢水試驗(yàn)研究

摘要： 將新型移動(dòng)床牛物膜反應(yīng)器(moving bed biofilm reactor,MBBR)用于模擬養(yǎng)豬廢水深度處理的試驗(yàn),研究了反應(yīng)器結(jié)構(gòu)特征、水力停留時(shí)間(HRT)以及填料填充比對(duì)反應(yīng)器處理效果的影響.通過優(yōu)化反應(yīng)器結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)了反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的功能分區(qū),提高了反應(yīng)器處理效率.MBBR用于模擬養(yǎng)豬廢水深度處理的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,新型MBBR反應(yīng)器可實(shí)現(xiàn)模擬養(yǎng)豬廢水中有機(jī)物和營養(yǎng)物的同步良好去除,在HRT為8 h,氣水比12:1,填料填充比例為40%的條件下,化學(xué)耗氧量(COD),NH_4~+-N去除率達(dá)90%以上;同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)了總氮(TN)的同步硝化反硝化(SDN)脫除,去除率達(dá)85%以上. Abstract： A new type of moving bed biofilm reactor was designed and used in advanced treatment of simulated swine wastewater. Influence of reactor structure character, hydraulic retention time and medium filling proportions on wastewater treatment efficiency were studied. By optimizing reactor structure, functional sub-areas were built up in the reactor; treatment efficiency of the reactor was improved.
