基于模糊層次分析法的設(shè)備狀態(tài)系統(tǒng)量化評價(jià)新方法
摘要:設(shè)備因結(jié)構(gòu)形式多樣、耦合復(fù)雜、功能多元化、運(yùn)行參數(shù)多等因素難以進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)評價(jià),論文在分析了設(shè)備系統(tǒng)功能層次結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用模糊綜合評價(jià)和層次分析法,提出了一種系統(tǒng)量化評價(jià)設(shè)備狀態(tài)的方法.考慮到設(shè)備運(yùn)行過程中各參數(shù)的'影響,研究了設(shè)備狀態(tài)及其評價(jià)層次模型,采用健康值來綜合測度設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài);運(yùn)用層次分析法結(jié)合專家經(jīng)驗(yàn),研究了評價(jià)層級結(jié)構(gòu)權(quán)重;采用模糊綜合評價(jià)理論研究了正負(fù)指標(biāo)的隸屬函數(shù)構(gòu)建方法,探討了系統(tǒng)評價(jià)矩陣和模糊變換算子,并建立了基于模糊層次分析法的設(shè)備狀態(tài)系統(tǒng)評價(jià)模型,計(jì)算出各子系統(tǒng)的健康值,以量化評價(jià)設(shè)備系統(tǒng)狀態(tài),從而全面掌握其系統(tǒng)狀態(tài).運(yùn)用該方法在水泥行業(yè)中的回轉(zhuǎn)窯設(shè)備進(jìn)行評價(jià)分析,驗(yàn)證了其有效性.Abstract:It is very difficult to carry out system evaluation for equipment state due to the structural multiplicity, the coupling complexity, the functional diversification and the excessive operating parameters factors, this article analyzes the structural features of equipment, a quantitative evaluation method of equipment state is developed using fuzzy synthesis evaluation and analytic hierarchy process methodology. Considering the impact of various parameters in the process of equipment running, the equipment state and its evaluation hierarchy model are analyzed. The health value is employed to quantitatively describe the running state degree of equipment. The weight vectors of all evaluation hierarchies axe discussed by using the analytic hierarchy process methodology with the experiences of expert. Applied the fuzzy set evaluation theory, a type of subjection function of positive and negative indicators is developed, and the evaluation matrix is discussed as well as fuzzy transformation algorithm operators. The valuation model for equipments health state based on fuzzy and analytic hierarchy process is built. Therefore, the health value of subsystems can be gotten to quantify the evaluation of equipment system state, that is also the state of equipment is clear, which provides us with theoretical guide for seeking further optimization maintenance strategy.
