When I was seven, my mother sent me to an English school. At there, I played games and sang English songs with other children . Then I discovered the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the English world.
Everyday, I read English following the tapes. Sometimes, I watch English cartoons.
On the weekend, I often go to the English corner. By talking with different people there, I have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral English.
I hope I can travel around the world someday. I want to go to America to visit Washington Monument, because the president Washington is my idol. 首先感謝區(qū)教研室的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給我一次與大家交流的機(jī)會(huì)。在座的各位畢業(yè)班英語(yǔ)老師都是經(jīng)驗(yàn)非常豐富的，在大家面前來(lái)談?dòng)⒄Z(yǔ)教學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)實(shí)在是慚愧。為了提高英語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量，我的確是想了很多的辦法，這里面有成功帶來(lái)的喜悅，也有失敗帶來(lái)的反思。這些談不上經(jīng)驗(yàn)，現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)單地做個(gè)介紹，如有不當(dāng)之處，敬請(qǐng)各位批評(píng)指正。
記得剛剛走上工作崗位的我曾經(jīng)信心百倍，認(rèn)為小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)應(yīng)該是很簡(jiǎn)單的事情，不就是聽、說(shuō)、讀、寫嘛，沒什么難的，但真正開始教學(xué)，真正開始接觸學(xué)生之后，我才感覺到：小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)尤其是我們農(nóng)村學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)真是坎坷難行。教學(xué)一開始我就遇到了種種問題。有一大部分學(xué)生在潛意識(shí)里根本沒有把英語(yǔ)當(dāng)一回事，有些學(xué)生甚至有抵觸的情緒。從家庭上看，我們的學(xué)生家庭大部分屬于農(nóng)村家庭，英語(yǔ)沒有被受到重視，再加上家長(zhǎng)能聽懂英語(yǔ)的少之又少，更別說(shuō)輔導(dǎo)了。從環(huán)境上來(lái)看，學(xué)生除了課堂上短短的40分鐘外，基本上就沒有使用英語(yǔ)的環(huán)境了，放學(xué)后聽英語(yǔ)磁帶的作業(yè)也有大部分學(xué)生不能自覺完成，再加上英語(yǔ)課課時(shí)較少，因此我的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)開展得并不順暢。面對(duì)如此多的問題，我決定從學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)方法和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣方面去入手解決�，F(xiàn)想從我的切身體會(huì)談幾點(diǎn)做法及建議：
一、要從自身找原因，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。
自己先要想辦法，持有一份樂觀的態(tài)度，勤思考，樂奉獻(xiàn)。給學(xué)生一份愛，讓學(xué)生喜歡你，從而喜歡上你的英語(yǔ)課。因?yàn)榕d趣是最好的老師，當(dāng)學(xué)生喜歡上你的課了，專心地聽講了，那課堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了嗎？在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣方面，我做了如下工作：
（一）、用愛去灌溉學(xué)生。
首先用心地給學(xué)生一份愛。因?yàn)閻劭梢匀诨伺c人之間的隔閡，給學(xué)生一份愛，同時(shí)你也會(huì)收獲到他們對(duì)您的愛。我們要在日常生活接觸中體現(xiàn)愛，例如下課后，我大多時(shí)間都會(huì)逗留在班里，跟他們談?wù)剬W(xué)習(xí)上的問題、說(shuō)說(shuō)家常話或開個(gè)玩笑逗逗他們，他們會(huì)不亦樂乎。時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了，他們就把我當(dāng)朋友了。記得20xx年那屆我班有個(gè)頑皮又聰明的學(xué)生叫黃永樟，各門功課成績(jī)極差，經(jīng)常不及格甚至低分，是讓語(yǔ)文數(shù)學(xué)老師頭疼的學(xué)生。可英語(yǔ)科他卻十分感興趣，能拿八、九十分，為什么他英語(yǔ)成績(jī)那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虜”了，很愛上英語(yǔ)課，也很喜歡給我拉家常。有一次，下課了，他走到我跟前，興奮地告訴我，他家大母狗生了5條小狗，可愛極了。
（二）、注重課前、課堂中氣氛的調(diào)和。
每次上課走來(lái)，總能從樓下聽到我班朗朗的英語(yǔ)讀書聲，當(dāng)我站在講臺(tái)上的第一句話便是及時(shí)地、微笑著表?yè)P(yáng)他們：“Youhadagoodjob，children�！痹跇窍挛乙呀�(jīng)能聽到你們朗朗的讀書聲了，老師真開心啊，你們讀得那么好，或很自豪的或說(shuō)：“哇，你們讀書真棒，所有老師聽了也對(duì)你們豎起了大拇指”，這樣小小的表?yè)P(yáng)就充分樹立他們的自信心，他們會(huì)很高興，下次他們會(huì)讀得更好。別以為這樣的方法六年級(jí)不適用了，恰好這些方法我都是一年級(jí)，六年級(jí)通用的，課堂上也注重學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)，隨時(shí)調(diào)整課堂氣氛，使學(xué)生在一個(gè)良好的氛圍里不知不覺地學(xué)到了知識(shí)。記得去年的六（1）班下午第一節(jié)英語(yǔ)，由于3月份天氣原因，學(xué)生總有一種“春眼不覺曉，處處聞啼鳥”的倦態(tài)，那節(jié)課學(xué)生的精神狀態(tài)很差，學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高，我想：如果這樣講下去效果肯定不好，于是我臨時(shí)利用我班的搞笑大王葉寶彬同學(xué)做著火點(diǎn)，從他入手，我說(shuō)：“Hello寶彬，howoldareyoutoday？”他被我突如其來(lái)的問題嚇愣了，我順勢(shì)說(shuō)：“我猜你有30歲了”全班同學(xué)一聽，哈的一聲笑起來(lái)，眼神都看著寶彬，我說(shuō)：“看你今天上課的心態(tài)有30歲了吧？好，老師決定今天幫你時(shí)光倒流，把你變成3歲的小孩子，好嗎？”這時(shí)寶彬不好意思的笑了，全班同學(xué)也來(lái)起了精神，他們倒要看看我怎樣把寶彬同學(xué)變成一個(gè)3歲的`小孩子。也許有的老師會(huì)說(shuō)，這樣每天浪費(fèi)時(shí)間在與學(xué)習(xí)無(wú)關(guān)的事上，不就事倍功半了嗎？我覺得恰恰相反，每節(jié)課恰當(dāng)?shù)臍夥照{(diào)節(jié)，是課堂上良好的調(diào)料，把他們的學(xué)習(xí)注意力集中到課堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了嗎，總比羅羅嗦嗦講紀(jì)律強(qiáng)多了，而實(shí)踐證時(shí)，我也收到了較好的教學(xué)效果
二、抓好課堂教學(xué)掌握良好的學(xué)習(xí)方法。
不管是哪一門學(xué)科，要想有好成績(jī)，課堂教學(xué)的質(zhì)量是最重要的，課后炒冷飯，補(bǔ)的效果當(dāng)然也有，那肯定會(huì)費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力。在課堂教學(xué)方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些無(wú)味枯燥的內(nèi)容，要找易于學(xué)生理解的切入點(diǎn)，要想方設(shè)法吸引學(xué)生。對(duì)于自己今天所上的內(nèi)容自己一定要有個(gè)清晰的思路，課后及時(shí)反思。例如反思一下你今天教的開心嗎？學(xué)生學(xué)得開心嗎？學(xué)生學(xué)到了什么，遺漏了什么等等。同時(shí)對(duì)于一些后進(jìn)生，課堂上千萬(wàn)不要丟掉他們，不理他們，不給他們發(fā)言、練說(shuō)的機(jī)會(huì)。相反，要像警察一樣時(shí)常盯著他們，與他們進(jìn)行目光的交流。因?yàn)樗麄兒筮M(jìn)，可能有更多的聽不懂的地方，而容易開小差，教師的目光以及點(diǎn)名回答，一是提醒他認(rèn)真聽課，同時(shí)也是在給他練習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)。
三、培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。
�。ㄒ唬�、全面實(shí)行“一幫一”，充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的作用。
為了提高英語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量，提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)，我還注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的互助學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，分小組學(xué)習(xí)，小組成員結(jié)成一幫一的互助對(duì)子，充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的作用，例如做有關(guān)語(yǔ)法和時(shí)態(tài)得練習(xí)題時(shí)，讓他們同桌或小組討論：這題為什么這樣做，原因是什么，讓他們用語(yǔ)法或時(shí)態(tài)等說(shuō)出理由，說(shuō)服對(duì)方。這樣既讓基礎(chǔ)好的學(xué)生所學(xué)的知識(shí)得到了鞏固，又幫助了其他的同學(xué)共同進(jìn)步，不再出現(xiàn)很嚴(yán)重的“兩極分化”，可以說(shuō)是一舉兩得。
（二）、課后補(bǔ)差工作。
班里總會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些個(gè)別的差生，不是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差就是基礎(chǔ)差，教師一定要課后花工夫，進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)。例如我就我校實(shí)際情況，請(qǐng)示校長(zhǎng)，同時(shí)得到校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的大力支持，每天利用早讀前20分鐘，到三樓電教室給他們補(bǔ)課。讓他們把遺忘的知識(shí)都溫故而知新。我覺得這樣做效果還是挺大的，原來(lái)不及格的學(xué)生都追趕上來(lái)了，消滅了不及格率。

but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.
in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."
but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.
it would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. this sweltering summer of the negro's legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. and those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. and there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.
but there is something that i must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: in the proceof gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred. we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.
the marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to a distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. and they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.
we cannot walk alone.
and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.
we cannot turn back.
there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "when will you be satisfied?" we can never be satisfied as long as the negro is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

20xx年9月，剛剛從學(xué)校畢業(yè)來(lái)到我校成為一名教師，當(dāng)?shù)谝淮巫哌M(jìn)教室時(shí)學(xué)生們臉上那種松了口氣的表情，可能是老師嚴(yán)肅的表情看太多了吧，換了一個(gè)新來(lái)的老師他們都覺得很放松吧，但是一進(jìn)學(xué)校就聽到許多諸如課堂混亂，學(xué)生不聽話，甚至故意與老師作對(duì)這種恐怖故事，心里便默念著，要給他們一個(gè)下馬威。于是，在我教書生涯的第一個(gè)學(xué)期，發(fā)怒成了我生活中出現(xiàn)得最多的動(dòng)作。課堂上有人不專心，沒完成作業(yè)這些都會(huì)引起我的發(fā)怒。于是我會(huì)在課堂上大聲呵斥犯錯(cuò)的學(xué)生，只因?yàn)橛X得這樣做會(huì)在全班起到震懾作用，卻沒有去想這個(gè)學(xué)生會(huì)有怎樣的感受。也忽略了同樣坐在教室中其他的那些滿懷期待等老師講授下一課，他們很好奇的內(nèi)容的學(xué)生。
其實(shí)，每一個(gè)孩子都是可愛的，雖然他們有的可能學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)有些差強(qiáng)人意，但他有可能是運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)上的冠軍，是勞動(dòng)中的能手，是他主動(dòng)送生病的同學(xué)去醫(yī)務(wù)室，誰(shuí)能說(shuō)他不是個(gè)好孩子，又有誰(shuí)是完美的呢？
無(wú)意中我讀到了一個(gè)故事，故事說(shuō)古代有位老禪師，一日晚上看見墻角邊有一張椅子，是哪位出家人違犯寺規(guī)越墻出去遛達(dá)了。老禪師也不聲張，走到墻邊，移開椅子，就地而蹲。少頃，果真有一小和尚翻墻，黑暗中踩著老禪師的背脊跳進(jìn)了院子。當(dāng)他發(fā)覺剛才踏的不
是椅子，而是自己的師傅時(shí)，驚慌失措，張口結(jié)舌。但師傅并沒有厲聲責(zé)備他，只是以平靜的語(yǔ)調(diào)說(shuō)：“夜深天涼，快去多穿一件衣服。” 故事深深地打動(dòng)了我，孩子們對(duì)老師是寬容的，只要你對(duì)他們付出過(guò)愛心，那么你曾經(jīng)對(duì)他們的冷言冷語(yǔ)，暴跳如雷，他們都可以原諒。他們崇拜你、愛你。我又常常想，老師也應(yīng)該對(duì)學(xué)生寬容再寬容一些，蕓蕓眾生，各有所長(zhǎng)，各有所短，可能他們經(jīng)常無(wú)法克制自己的言行，無(wú)法很好地完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，不一定有輝煌的未來(lái)，可是誰(shuí)說(shuō)一個(gè)平凡的人就比誰(shuí)低人一等呢？像故事中的那個(gè)老和尚，就清楚地知道，寬容是一種無(wú)聲的教育。雖然書本知識(shí)的灌輸是很重要的，但是給學(xué)生營(yíng)造一個(gè)寬容的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境，在鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生的人格力量的成長(zhǎng)上，個(gè)性張揚(yáng)的發(fā)展上，是有利得多的`。整體的社會(huì)潮流、教育氛圍和工作生活壓力，有時(shí)候讓我們教師偏離了方向。
這段故事使我更深的領(lǐng)悟到“愛”是連接師生心靈的橋梁，作為教育活動(dòng)的主體，我們必須有一顆愛心，只有熱愛學(xué)生，設(shè)身處地的理解學(xué)生，幫助學(xué)生，才會(huì)從各方面了解清楚學(xué)生的情況，才能使學(xué)生積極、主動(dòng)的去接受教育。當(dāng)然，通過(guò)交流也會(huì)促使教師更加努力的工作，并從中體會(huì)到一種特殊的“幸福”。在教育教學(xué)中，我深深的感受到“教育愛”的重要與偉大。
有人說(shuō)過(guò)這樣一句話：老師不經(jīng)意的一句話，可能會(huì)創(chuàng)造一個(gè)奇跡；老師不經(jīng)意的一個(gè)眼神，也許會(huì)扼殺一個(gè)人才。老師習(xí)以為常的行為，對(duì)學(xué)生終身的發(fā)展會(huì)產(chǎn)生不可估量的影響，所以我們要牢記教書育人，誨人不倦的理念，做一個(gè)有愛心、有耐心、有責(zé)任心的合格的人民教師
