在體育鍛煉中,堅(jiān)持不懈非常重要。我們必須同我們自身的懶惰作斗爭,堅(jiān)持鍛煉。選擇適合自己的鍛煉方式,然后有條不紊地、循序漸進(jìn)地鍛煉是重要的。當(dāng)然,如果我們喜歡某項(xiàng)運(yùn)動,我們就會堅(jiān)持不懈。
另外,眾所周知像長跑這樣的體育鍛煉也可增強(qiáng)我們堅(jiān)持不懈的精神。親愛的朋友,特別是身體不好的朋友們,走出家門到操場上去參加體育鍛煉吧。
