熟記實用經典短語 托福英語聽力短語集錦

大減價。托福聽力圍繞學生生活的話題較多,學生總是沒錢,所以一聽到on sale 或者for sale,A big sale,等等大減價等總是非常有興趣。
A: Those are great sneakers, were they very expensive?
B: I never could have bought them if the shoe store wasn't having a big sale.
A far cry from 離……差的老遠,有很大的差別

Anything but 單單除……之外;恰恰不
對照習語:nothing but, 意為正是,只是,不過。
She is nothing but poor. 她很窮。
Susan is anything but poor. 蘇珊一點也不窮。
Are you kidding? 你開什么玩笑?
類似說法:you must be kidding, you must be joking? Are you joking ? you kidding? You joking? 等等, 一起記。
