When I was a little girl, I always wanted to go to college. Now I am a freshman of a key university. I have asked myself the same question so many times：Why I go to college? You may say: you go to college just because you want to have a good job after graduation. Well, why I come to college is not for one single reason, but for many.
The major reason is that I need to further my education and know more about the outside world. In high school, I was always feeling not enough to get knowledge from the textbooks and I didn’t have enough time to travel to see the outside world. But in the college, I have abundant time to read the books I’m interested in and travel to different places to broaden my horizon.
Moreover, college is such an ideal place to make new friends who come from different places and I can learn about the different culture. As I am a typically southerner, I find there are many differences between north and south after I come to college, such as the way they talk, and the food they used to eat. Before I went to college, I admit I never pay attention to these. And I don’t want to be a person with a tunnel vision; I want to make more friends during the four years.
Last but not least, staying the university can give me enough time to prepare when I step into the society, I can do some part-time job and get myself ready. With the working experience and degree, I can find an ideal job. I know it is going to be harder when I graduate from college, but I’m not afraid. I’ll spare no efforts to make my dream come true.

One must has certain advantage over others to win the competition. They have more or less the same ideas when choosing a job as well. Most say they will jump at the chance of working in a post with great prospects, with interest and salary rank second and third. But even if they are recruited, they know there are various difficulties ahead. Economically speaking, at the beginning the work is not stable and receive low payment. Psychologically, it takes some time to adjust to a new environment, especially if the jobs are irrelevant to their majors. Moreover, it will be a great challenge for them to handle complicated interpersonal relationships properly. Conflicts of different values between colleagues, the right attitude towards future bosses are the most concerned hurdles. Personal problems also come into play. Lack of experience and creativity are considered huge shortcomings. Meanwhile, they are also worried their abilities can’t meet their high expectations.
Although job-hunting will be a harsh lesson for the college students to learn, they still keep a positive attitude: work hard, play hard and study hard. There are many breeds of dogs to choose from some of the most common are golden retriever, German shepherd, and Labrador retriever. Many people can pick almost any breed they are looking for though. The common breeds I pointed out are used because of their intelligence, willingness to work, and their mobility. The dogs that help are really filling a hole that these people have. And making their lives easier by doing this.
In my research I have learned a great deal of these dogs importance to the disabled. I have also seen how these dogs are trained and when to train them. I have seen the common breeds used by the people. I have seen that these dogs must have a willingness to help the disabled. This information has given me answers to any questions I might have had about guide dogs.

In my opinion, there are two ways to solve the problem. One is to build more and wider roads to make the public highways less crowded and speed up the flow of traffic. The other is to expand the number of public bus routes, so that more people can be transported and fewer people will have to travel by car or bicycle.
However, each of these solutions brings problems with it. The former may occupy too much land that could be used for farms or houses; the latter may cause inconvenience for long periods in bus lines. I think the best answer to the problem of heavy traffic is a combination of the two: build more roads in places where land is less useful, and at the same time increase the number of public bus routes.
